The greek gods They are a large family and as such many stories are woven among its members. Let's say that like any family there is everything, fights, intrigues, enmities, incests, confrontations, envies and the entire spectrum of human feelings with a share of divinity and powers.

Today it is the turn of two women from Greek mythology: Ariadna and Iris. Ariadna was the son of Minos and Pasiphae. She is the one who falls in love with Theseus upon his arrival in Crete to enter the labyrinth and kill the Minotaur and is the one who gives the name to the famous phrase «ariadna thread«, By giving Theseus a skein of thread so that he could mark the way through the labyrinth and make it easier for him to leave. Theseus takes her with him after killing the Minotaur but leaves her on the island of Naxos (he leaves her, he forgets her, who knows), and there Dionysus finds her, who is the one who finally marries her and gives her children.

For her part, Iris is the rainbow goddess, mother of Eros. It is said that she was the daughter of a Titan and Electra, the nymph of the sea, and she was thought to be the messenger of the gods, faithful to Zeus and the most indicated to transmit secret messages between the gods.
