When I was a child I did not like to eat breakfast. At home we had a late dinner so I didn't wake up hungry. Over the years I have changed my habit and today breakfast is essential, I go to bed thinking about it! Because I spend a lot of time in front of the computer, having breakfast reading online newspapers has become a tradition.

But when I travel it is also one of the meals of the day that I enjoy the most. Especially when breakfast is included in the price of the room and is abundant enough to have a light lunch and not spend a lot on that meal. Greek breakfast varies from region to region, according to the product that is the protagonist, but never to be abundant and tasty, well aromatic too. In a typical greek breakfast You can find bread and rolls, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, butter, honey, regional jams, olive oil, puddings, fresh fruit, herbal teas, coffee and cereals.

It is not the same breakfast that is served in the Cyclades as in Crete, for example. In Crete breakfast has yes or yes honey, smoked pork, sausages, herbal teas and a series of dishes with strange names but unforgettable flavors.
