Recipe to make a delicious grilled hake

Ingredients

  • 1 Unit Large Hake
  • 3 Units Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Medium Onion Unit Cut into Rings
  • 1 Unit Medium Tomato Cut into Slices
  • 3 Tbsp. Wonder oil
  • A Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Medium Glass White Wine
  • Amount Needed Aluminum Foil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Preparation

  • Clean the hake very well and leave it to marinate in the wine and lemon.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cut the tomato in the same way.
  • Prepare the aluminum foil to make an envelope that opens at the top, carefully place the hake, on top of it the potato and tomato slices, drizzle the oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the "envelope" well, take it to the grill. after 10 or 15 minutes, open and add the maceration liquid (white wine and lemon juice), close again and leave on the grill for a maximum of 10 minutes.
