El scorpion is one of many fish that we can enjoy in Menorca and it certainly tastes delicious. It can be done, for example, grilled, which is very good and for this we will use:
- Red scorpionfish
- Parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
Once we have the clean scorpionfish, without thorns, we will cut it to be able to add the garlic, finely chopped on top, as well as parsley. We can let the garlic add much more flavor for a few hours in the fridge, so that it has a much tastier aroma. The scorpion fish can be perfectly grilled, like any other fish, leaving it to cook until well done and golden. It is a quick way to make the scorpionfish and the result is very good.
