- Ingredients:
- Liquid caramel (the one that comes in a bottle prepared).
- 6 eggs.
- A large can of condensed milk.
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk.
- Preparation:
We beat the eggs and add the whole can of condensed milk. We keep beating. Next, we fill the empty can with milk and add it to the mixture, beating it. In the same bowl where we have prepared the base, we put it in the microwave for about 10 minutes.
The result is transferred to the caramelised mold and put back in the microwave, approximately 7 or 8 minutes (we are testing its consistency with a toothpick).
We put it in the fridge for a few hours, unmold and that's it!
