La uphayi we-fatay ithandwa kakhulu emhlabeni wonke. Zenziwe ngenyama egayiwe entsha, ulamula, utamatisi, ibhilikosi nezinongo ezahlukahlukene. Inhlama yenzelwa ekhaya futhi iphekwe kuhhavini.

Akuthandwanga kuphela njengesidlo esijwayelekile ku- I-Egypt, kepha naku Lebanon, Syria e Israel. Kepha baphinde baduma emazweni asentshonalanga.

Ukugcwaliswa:

  • 500 g. u-anyanisi, uhlutshiwe futhi uqotshwe

  • I-1 limón
  • I-parsley eqoshiwe
  • Utamatisi omkhulu ongu-1, ohlutshiwe waqanjwa
  • 750 g. inyama egayiwe
  • usawoti, upelepele, i-paprika, upelepele womhlabathi, kungaba yi-nutmeg ukunambitha

  • 750 g
  • 25 g. imvubelo kabhiya
  • ½ isipuni sikashukela
  • 400 c amanzi wemvelo / afudumele
