Times Square

One World Trade Center
It is the main building of the New World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan. The tower is being built in the northwest corner of the World Trade Center site, which was destroyed by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
The north side of the tower runs between the intersection of West and Vesey streets in the northwest and the intersection of Washington and Vesey streets in the northeast. Construction of the underground utility relocations, footings, and foundations began on April 27, 2006.
