Sweet and sour meat empanadas, a recipe from the north of Argentina

Both ingredients are mixed with the filling, achieving a slightly sweet and sour taste that pleases many palates.

Ingredients

½ kilo of minced meat

1 cebolla great

1 medium red bell pepper

1 garlic clove

8 black olives

8 green olives

Preparation

Cut the onion and bell pepper into small cubes and fry them. Add the chopped garlic, season and add the sugar. After a few minutes add the meat.
