Recipe to make a disk with seafood and meat

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kg. Mussels
  • 1 Kg. Males
  • 1 Kg.
  • 200 Grs. Shrimp (optional)
  • 1 Large Onion Unit in Feather
  • 1 Unit Julienne Chopped Paprika
  • 2 Sliced ​​Carrots Units
  • 400 Grs. Lonzaniza or Chorizos
  • 500 Grs. Pork pulp
  • 1/2 Kg. Chicken or Turkey Wing Tutitos
  • Required Amount Oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • A Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Lt. White Wine

Preparation

To begin, we must have a large disk (if it is small, reduce the recipe by half), and make the fire.

1.- Clean the Seafood

2.- Cut the Vegetables

3.- Cut the longanizas into thick slices, the meat into pieces of about 5 cms. and the chicken wings as is.

4.- Add a drizzle of oil to the disk, then add the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.

5.- Add the meats, lonzaniza, pulp, chicken, season with bay leaf, salt and pepper, let it cook until cooked.

6.- Arrange all the seafood on top of the meat and vegetables and add the white wine, cover (with aluminum foil) and let it boil, with the steam that is released, the shellfish shells will open and once all are open, it is ready to eat.

7.- Serve all the ingredients and broth in clay dishes.
