Chinese wind instruments

Di

It is the traditional Chinese flute. Since only three keys can be accurately reproduced on traditional instruments, most players carry a color set. You can have a membrane over a hole for extra tone to give the characteristic rattle effect, although some of the compositions call for this to be omitted.
