This exquisite dish from the traditional moroccan cuisine offers a unique way of preparing lamb, for lovers of meat and exotic tastes.

The ingredients of the Tanjia Marrakechia are 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of cumin, 1 little saffron, 1 tablespoon of ras-el-hanout, 1 kilo of lamb meat, 1 lemon, water, salt, 3 tablespoons of oil and butter.

La preparation It begins when we cut the ingredients, throw them in the tanjia and drizzle with the lemon and olive oil. We cover the Tanjia with baking paper and make a hole. We put it in the oven, at a temperature of 150º and let it cook for two hours.

Once removed from the oven, we can serve it directly from the Tanjia or on a plate, and to decorate we can accompany it with couscous semolina on top.

La Tanjia, the type of pot, gives it a touch of flavor by mixing the different ingredients during cooking, in this way we have a simple dish that will delight all our guests.
