Preparation of the Scandinavian salad

Probably from a very young age we have hated vegetables such as onions, beets, garlic, or in a few cases tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, in short; but by mixing them with other ingredients such as salt, pepper, lemon, cream, oil ... among others, we can generate quite interesting recipes, including a wide variety of salads.

The ingredients are: 1 kilo of medium potatoes, 250 grams of smoked salmon cut into small slices, 3 chives, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 of chopped chives, 1 of chopped dill, 4 of vinegar, 8 of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Then we will proceed to prepare them: first we wash the potatoes and put them to cook with their skin in a pot with salt until they are tender, apart we are mixing the mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper, then we add the oil little by little and Without stopping beating, later we add the minced chives, and all the herbs, we intersperse very well, and finally we add the salmon slices to strips, we stir again and we put in the fridge.

After several minutes, we take the potatoes, peel them and cut them into quarters, put them in a salad bowl, water them with the sauce that we had put in the fridge, stir them very well and that's it, to serve and taste them.
