Capeta, condensed milk and drinks from Brazil

Capet

In Brazil, the culture of joy, fun and happiness reigns and, within it, music and drinks, for which it is very common to find large drinks fairs with really very tasty fresh fruits near the discos. Among the most outstanding drinks, we can mention those made with fruits such as mango or some exotic ones.

However, the characteristic drink in Brazil is the capeta, created with condensed milk. It is drunk very frequently, and in the pre-discos it is consumed by thousands of young people. Condensed milk is the main ingredient and from which we can create or taste several very simple and very tasty drinks.

Among the most prominent, we can try the Pineapple with Vodka. It is prepared with a fresh, natural pineapple –or in that case canned slices-, a measure of vodka and it smells dry. Then it is stirred and served cold. Another of the most consumed drinks is the Coconut Shake, which is made up of Cachaza –strong white drink- condensed milk, coconut extract and some powdered milk, all with plenty of ice.

It is worth clarifying that in some cases the drinks are prepared with more or less alcohol, but the important thing is to be measured so as not to suffer any kind of inconvenience.
