Popular nude beaches in Brazil

tourism Brazil

Despite its wide coastline, Brazil has few beaches for nudism. Topless girls are welcome in some places, but that is not universally practiced, accepted, or allowed.

Technically, it is still illegal to be naked in public in Brazil, but there is a bill awaiting approval in the Senate that could change that.

So, if the tourist likes to sunbathe as God brought it to the world, they may have to look for the few isolated places that offer privacy and total freedom to practice nudism.

And among the list of official nude beaches is:

Staggered - In the city of Conde, Paraíb state, it offers white sands and natural pools, which hosted, in 2008, the International Naturist Conference.

Massarandupio - near the city of Entre Rios, in Bahia, it has 2 kilometers of white sand. It is a really beautiful naturist resort, especially in the middle of the night, when the little turtles hatch out of their shells and run into the ocean.

Dry Bar - In Linhares, Espírito Santo state, it is quite urbanized, it has small hotels, public lighting and toilets and food stalls on the sand.

Bull's eye - a tiny beach with difficult access in Búzios, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Brava Beach - Shared by nudists and surfers in Cabo Frío, in the state of Rio, it is quite isolated and surrounded by high and rugged mountains.

Juruba - In the historic city of Paraty, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, the tourist can take a 15-minute boat ride to reach the naturist center on the island of Araújo.

Pinho Beach - Near Camboriú, in the state of Santa Catarina, was the cradle of the Federação Brasileira de Naturismo, the organization that coordinates this type of activity in Brazil, which has 300 thousand members, congregated in 29 regional groups.
