Three beaches to enjoy in Bahia

Beaches Brazil

With an extensive sea coast, Brazil is proud to have the most beautiful beaches in this part of the South American continent. Precisely, among the three beaches, paradisiacal and charming in the state of Bahia, are:

caraiva

With about 700 kilometers of coastline, and right in the tropical zone, the state of Bahia is home to several fishing villages and spectacular beaches.

One of the best is Caraiva, a hidden beauty 30 miles south of Bahia's best known beach site, Porto Seguro.

There are no vehicles in Caraiva, so the noise you hear is the breaking of waves or mules is a daily thing. And the one that was so long ago that the city had no electricity.

Although there is not a lot of commerce at all, you can eat delicious seafood, fish and tropical drinks.

Fora Taipus

This beach stands out for its turquoise colors and with enough of the tonality to keep the most experienced traveler delighted.

Located on the sea side of the Marau peninsula, on the southern coast of Bahia, this beach is a diver's dream. As the tide flows, natural turquoise pools form perfect for viewing a variety of colorful tropical fish.

The beach itself runs wide and golden for about six miles, with thick luscious palms. By the way, the visitor will have no trouble finding a reasonably priced place to stay from hotels to inns to vacation homes and camps, or a bar to drink near a reef pool.

Porto da Barr

In many ways, Porto da Barra, which is located in Salvador (capital of the state of Bahia) is another of the beautiful beaches where small boats arrive that bring the catch of the day.

This is one of the few beaches in the lively city of Salvador that faces west so you can capture great sunsets.
