The best beaches in Asturias, Poo beach

Gulpiyuri Beach
It is also located in Llanes, so we take advantage of the moment to go to this dream corner. It is the Gulpiyuri beach, north of Naves, between Ribadesella and Llanes. In 2001 it was declared a national monument. To get there you can do it walking from Antolín beach or from Naves. Although it is a beach, it is located between the land and surrounded by rocks. These were creating a kind of cave leaving a hole, which has a circular shape. Thanks to a subsidence that this place has, it is still in connection with the coast, hence the sea water enters.
Xagó Beach
Another of the best beaches in Asturias, we can find it in the town of Llodero, Gozón. We are talking about the Xagó beach, which has a sandy area of more than 2 kilometers in length. Being a fairly wide beach, there is no problem of space. Perhaps it owes its name to the fact that a few years ago, it was hardly visited. More than anything because it was destined for nudism, but today it seems that due to its beauty and being discovered by more people, it is becoming a little more crowded. It does not have good access, simply an area with a narrow path, but even so, this does not prevent us from enjoying a privileged environment. It is about 500 meters long and It is located in Castañeras, Cudillero. It should be mentioned that it has very crystalline waters and that the views, as well as the surroundings, will make you fall in love.
Torimbia beach
We have mentioned difficult access and nudism. Well, it seems that both of them also meet on this beach. It is located in the Niembro locality, in Llanes. It is considered one of the protected landscape beaches. Without a doubt, it is a natural beach that is surrounded by vegetation and totally perfect and crystalline waters. To get there you have to cross Niembro and after it, go through a sandy path that has a couple of kilometers. Once there you can practice nudism. Of course, do not forget to get to the viewpoint to get a better perspective of the place.
Sea Caves
It seems that Llanes leaves us again one of the basic and necessary points to visit. It is called Cuevas del Mar. It is also considered as a protected space and it is located together at the mouth of the Nueva River. It has a triangular shape, shell-shaped and located between cliffs. Shell of Artedo
As its name suggests, this beach is shaped like a shell. It is located in Cudillero and belongs to the town of Soto de Luiña.
