There are no signs or posters saying it's here in this unassuming two-story building. But this is not commonplace: concerts, album release parties, and exhibitions. Membership card required at the door. On March 4, 2011, the headquarters were closed by the City Council, apparently for legal reasons. The general public is quite surprised, and a series of concerts throughout the city to protest against this application has been proposed for Friday, March 25.
