Thousands of dancers and musicians are getting ready to take the streets by storm: The festivity for the Virgin María de la Candelaria begins on the 31st of this month and the city of the highlands expects more than 25 thousand visitors, who will not only be able to enjoy its landscape but also its gastronomy.
